What are acnes?
Overproduction of oil by sebaceous glands in our skin acts as food source for bacterias and due to build up of bacteria in our body cause acne or pimple. This oil is called sebum , which provides moisturizer to our hair and skin.
What causes back acnes?
There are many reasons people get acnes on back, so it's important to know why and how pimples form.
Pimples form when extra sebum and dead skin cells build up. This build up block skin pores and bacteria. When the hair follicle wall swells out, it forms a whitehead pimple. When the clogged pore gets exposed to air , then blackhead pimples form.
Some common causes of back acne are -
- Living without proper hygiene.
- Trouble with acne can run with your family.
- Acne maybe caused by the side effects of some medicines.
- Hormonal changes in the teenagers are often the cause of acne.
- Sweat, especially if it's trapped under tight clothing, can make acne worse.
- Stress isn't a direct cause of acne , but is a contribution factor.
Treatments for back acne
In most cases, you can get rid of acne by making some lifestyle changes and using home remedies.
Wash the sheets:
Always wash your bed sheets in a week or 4-5 day , especially if you are a back sleeper, because your sheets contains millions of bacterias and dead skin cells which cause acne and may cause many other skin problems. So always wash your sheets or change them if you can't wash in a week.
Shower after workout :
Letting the sweat and Dirt sit on your skin after workout can be a big contributer to back acnes. Shower as soon as you can after workout. Heat and humidity encourage bacterial growth , so take shower after workout.
Loose fitting clothes :
Always wear loose clothes, loose clothes helps the skin to breathe and dry the sweat . And loose clothes never irritate the acnes but tight fitting clothes irritates the acnes and increase the risk of their growth and also developes new ones.
Tea tree oil :
It is the best and easiest way to remove back acnes. It is very good for skin and have no side effects. It killes bacteria and helps to remove the acnes. It is an ayurvedic method and removes back acnes fastly. It is easily available in chemist shop. Just try it if you are suffering from back acnes.
Washing the skin :-
Always wash your whole body. In your are suffering from back acnes then especially wash your back. You can wash it by water or soap or after applying chemicals (medicines). Never let the sweat sit on your back, it may cause or increase the risk of back acne. Because sweat have bacteria and germs which cause acnes or pimples.
No oil on acne :
As we all know that acne is form by extra oil in our skin , so if you apply oil or body lotion then the acne will growth more and hurts you. So never apply oil or body lotion. If you use oil on your acne then the smear will stay on your skin. So avoid oil.
Don't squeeze acne :-
Never try to squeeze your acne because it can worse the acne and hurts you very much. There are very high chances of bacterial infection. So never squeeze your pimple.
Eat healthy :
Don't eat white breads, white pasta , rice , and white potatoes , if you are suffering from back acnes.
Eat green vegetables, fruits and whole grains to tackle acnes. Don't eat oil containing food stuffs like fast food , because fast food can increase your acne and make some new ones. So avoid fast food.
